How do you explain your assignment fee to investors or homeowners who are allowing you to wholesale their property or :helpselling to? Do you have a formula that you use or do you have a flat fee for all transactions?

I don’t really have an answer, but I have the same problem with the properth that I have put under contract.
ARV: 59,000
Repairs: 2,000
Selling for: 29,000
Fee: 4,000
Don’t know if this helps or not, but it is the way that I have done my deal…
I guess I will find out if it is feasible or not if it doesn’t sell…

Alot of people just go by how much equity or room is in the property… If there is 10,000 equity your fee will probably only be about 1,00 or 2,000… Now if there is 25,000 equity you will prob charge 10,000 or so…

I try not to use the word Assignment, it scares people where i live. I perfer to tell them that they are buying me out of my contract or I will release it for$.
