What is the standard assignment fee that y’all charge to your buyers…many of the homes in the area that i am going to start are greater than 150K and some as much as 1M, but I am going to aim low and stick to properties from 150k to 300K.
Is 10% of the equity too much or say 10% of the total price…what do some of you in large, higher priced markets do? (i.e. SF Bay Area, SoCal, Las Vegas, Phoenix, etc.)
