Can anyone help me out with a finders fee agreement? I have several properties that I would like to pass on to an investor, but i’m not sure on how to protect myself and my interest.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
All the best,
Aaron

Aaron,
I happen to have one pdf form that is a Finder’s Fee Agreement. You can print it, but cannot alter it - unless you copy it on Word and make whatever alterations to it yourself. I also have many other forms too. I would love to trade with you. What have ya got? I like ebooks or other RE courses if you have them. Especially about Flipping or Wholesaling. Let’s talk turkey!

that sounds great!

Aaron,
You had a phone number and invitation to call you last night. What happened to it?

In that “contact me posts” and posting contact information both violate Forum Rules, they were most likely removed (as was the phone number that was listed this time)…please read and abide by the rules…Thanx.

Keith,
Sorry. Guess I was a bit confused. I see posts for that all the time and people’s phone numbers listed in their signatures. Guess you can’t be everywhere at once, right? :-\
If you read the rules (and I hope you do), you will find that it is perfectly acceptable to put your contact information in your default signature that appears at the bottom of all of your posts. It just cannot exceed five lines total…there are instruction in the Forum Rules posting (the first thread in ALL forums)…
Let me know if you need further assistance.

Hi Keith,
Just re-read the forum rules again and I guess I am still confused. Could you explain why it is OK to put contact information and ads, etc. in your signature, but not in a main post? I am not sure what the difference is. Aren’t they both saying the same things, just formatted differently? It’s very confusing.

I sent you a PM.
