I am looking to find investors that want assignments of contracts. I have a lease purchase on a 2004 ,3 bedroom 1.5 bath that I have put under a 3 year lease purchase, it needs no repairs and in new condition. I put it under contract for 74.5, MV is 87.5 and within the 3 years it will ,should be around 98,000.00
Is there a special place for me to find investors for this and other properties?
