I WANT TO ASSIGN MY CONTRACT WITH THE BANK TO ANOTHER INVESTOR.BUT THE BANK SAYS I CAN’T IS THERE A WAY AROUND IT SO I CAN MAKE THIS DEAL HAPPEN

You can’t assign a REO contract. You will either do a double close or a simultaneous closing.

I was gonna say the same thing. I just recently had a conversation with Ron LeGrand about this.
