I am wanting to know can a foreclosed property be assigned to another investor? Any help will be appreciated.

From what I understand, these days, banks wont allow assignmjent of contract. But I’m working with a mentor who informed me there are a number of exit strategies one could do. ou would need to hook up with someone. Do their legwork for them in turn for their knowledge.
