:rolleyes We recently did our first assignable wholesale deal. YEAH! But there may bea problem? The title company we went through with the buyer and seller did not give us a 1099 form for taxes. All of the other double closings we have done, we have filled out a form for 1099. So, are we suppose to do a 1099 for an assigned contract or do we just receive our payment for the deal? I had never heard of that when it comes to assigning contract,cuz in assigning, the BUYER is the one paying you…the seller and the title company have no commitment in you and your buyer’s contract…
