I want to wholesale more properties. Currently I work with one investor whom I trust. I give him the deal and he pays me. I want to option properties and assign the option for a fee. Is there a package I can download, buy for a fee, someone send me a sample they use, or should I just pay a lawyer to draw up something I can use.
I feel like paying the lawyer is the way to go. I don’t want to play games and have problems.
