Hey guys is it possible to assign a contract to an FHA buyer?
I guess not but I thought i would give it a shot.
The last time I assigned a contract to an FHA buyer was around 2004, if I remember
correctly. My fee was only $3,000. I went in knowing that an FHA backed loan would
not do deal if my assignment was over $3,000, which would have been to excessive.
Nowadays, I doubt you can assign and get paid via assignment from an FHA backed
loan. Give it a try if you like, but make sure your fee is not over $3,000…
There’s other ways to structure the deal…
