Assembling the Dream Team - Am I missing anyone?

I have a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser I am working with but who else do I need?

I assume an Accountant, Legal Advice, Management Company and a Tax Professional?

Hi,

The dream team, the draft, the trade and the sometimes reclusive free agent!

My Team consists of:

  1. My Real Estate Agent - I have one for each community, for example in southern california I have one for Lakewood, one for Long Beach, one for Huntington
    Beach, one for Garden Grove, one for anaheim, one for Orange, one for Costa Mesa, etc.

  2. My Title / Escrow Company - I have one in Los Angeles county and one in Orange county.

  3. My Appraiser - I have one for each county, they don’t do purchase appraisals as most lenders want to use their own, but their a good evaluation resource for resales or for market / trend information for evaluating purchases.

  4. My Inspector - I have one for each county.

  5. My Pest Control Company - I have one for each county.

  6. My property Management Company - I have one for each county.

  7. My Financial Lender - I have many available for conventional, private money or hard money.

  8. Contractors - A great big giant list of every trade from excavation to finish carpentry.

  9. Interior designers - I know quite a few in each area.

  10. Space Planners - I know quite a few in each area.

  11. Alarm Company - I have a few on my list.

  12. Locksmith - I have a few on my list.

  13. Traveling Notary - I always keep one or two numbers just in case of night or weekend needs to sign documents.

  14. Courier Services - Never can tell when It really needs to get there, quick.

  15. Real Estate Brokers - For commercial property I pretty much use brokers rather than agents, they tend to be better educated and have more experience.

  16. Insurance Agent - Got to have property insurance and liability and unbrella liability when needed.

  17. Attorney - Got Them.

  18. Taxes and Accounting - Got to have them.

  19. Banker - Helps to have a place to stash the cash.

This of course is an example!
