You have to really be careful with as-is properties.
Service Master handles a lot of really nasty stuff and would do that no problem. You would need a coroner to remove the body itself. A guy I used to work with worked for Service Master at one time, he has cleaned crime scenes and removed blood/brains from walls and carpets.
What about “tenant rights”??? Come on guys, that’s funny. :biggrin
