Hi everyone,
I am a Bird Dog and sending out yellow letters to NOD . I am new and have only sent out under 50 letters as far.
I read somewhere that it would be to my advantage to connect with a Realtor that deals with short sales.
If this is the case can someone give me an idea of how to approach a Realtor? :deal
