Looking at investing in Buffalo for the first time.Just some basic questions. 1.Can anyone recommend a good realtor.
2.A good building inspector.
3. A solicitor
4. Rehab Team
5.What areas in Buffalo to avoid and what areas to look at purchasing into.
Any assistance in these areas would be a great help.

Hi Brisbane, do you live in the Buffalo area? I do and am just starting to get back into the real estate / rehab market. Got sick of doing construction work. :-\

No I dont live there but I am going to visit the area this month to look at properties and perhaps to purchase.So basically I want to hear from those who know Buffalo well and can share some expertise,perhaps even catch up with someone over there.Thanks for the reply, ;D
