I’m just curious for real estate agents if a simple yellow letter that reads “I’m looking to buy a house in the area, please call me at XXX-XXX-XXXX if you looking to sell” is a form of a blind ad?
How is it a blind ad? Assuming the agent wants to buy the house. As long as the letter doesn’t solicit a professional service which most do not. With that said here is a copy of a letter we send out for agents who are looking for a professional service relationship. On this letter the requirement of Agent status and agent license number is included.
