Where can I find lenders who don’t check a individual credit but looks at the deal itself. Deal has over a 100k in equity. Oh I’m in Chicago, IL.
Have you tried calling any of the HML’s listed under the Hard Money Lender’s link in the Investor Resources section of this Forum?
The short answer is NO!
We want to be sure the borrower can refinance out of the loan if he is unable to sell it by the maturity date. That’s why most if not all HMLs are now looking at credit and bank statements. We don’t want to foreclose.
