I just moved to NC and a friend of mine told me that sandwich leases are not legal in North Carolina. Is any one from NC doing these?
Unless NC has seceded from the US, sandwich lease options are definitely legal in that state.
Yes lease options are legal in NC but you should consult with an attorney as many of the courts may consider that the tenant/buyer has an equitable interest in the property. Therefore you may have to foreclose to get him out if needed rather than just going for eviction.
