Are lenders allowing assignment of contract for SS???

  • I recently heard on a popular podcast that some investors are seeing loss mit allow assignment of contract. Has anyone had any luck with this? Which lenders? Do I have to disclose the assignment fee on the HUD?

I’ve heard that too! But the last SS i did under buyer i put my LLC and/or assigns. I guess they never caught it… lol

No they will not allow it. However, keep it clean and simply do a double close. You do not need to use and or assigns to do this.
