so when the bank drops the price ,thats the deal # ,go ahead and offer at list, i mean these house…are 3/2s yr 1986, 850 sf to 1100 sf i cant see going for more than 130-150 arv… so they are droppig the price to 105,100,89,85 max

still at lets say 130,000 arv x .65=85,000- 13,000 repairs=71,500 x .90=65,000 MOA…that looks a little better yes?
