Greetings.
I have found the local NODs in my community and I have found some good deals in foreclosure.
Being I am new to this, I am not sure how to approach people in the process of loosing their homes.
I am really not good at this. Its a touchy situation at best and I know it requires some skill.
Can anyone give me suggestions as to how to approach individuals in this situation? What is the most effective way? Calling them, thru mail or talking to them in person.
Any ideas I would greatly appreicate.
