Hello all!
Me and my wife are getting started in REI. I posted a VERY long post a few days ago which got some really good replies. We have read a lot of articles, e-books and forums. We want to get started by wholesaling to generate some cash first, but we need guidance through the first one or two deals. We live in Arizona. Is there anyone here in Arizona that can offer some general guidance as to how we can get started on this?
