anyone used Free Vacation Packages?

Has anyone ever offered Free Vacations as incentives for buyers/sellers?

I was curious to know of any that were actual good/reputable companies. Has anyone ever tried Get up and Go?

Also, any kind of feedback on how well it worked to increase leads as opposed to other methods.

Is this something nobody uses, or nobody has a comment about???

Please let me know good or bad your thoughts. I found another company and will get info from them tomorrow. They were advertised in the back of my Realtor magazine and not sure if anyones used them. I don’t know if I can say the name or not on the forum so e-mail me if you want to know.

Thanks in advance for everyone’s help!

I have never used vacation offers. I don’t know anyone who has either. I did through my website have a banner I offered with Wells Fargo. The feed for the banner kept changing the banner picture to something I told them they could not do on my website so I took it off. I did not receive any inquiries on it. It was up for about 8 months.

I have not used vacation pacages as incentives for rei investing yet butwas also thinking about it.

Coastal vacations is a good company.
Many of my relatives are involved with them.

My only concern is I am marketing to people in pre-foreclosure.
If they cant pay there mortgage and are losing there home why would they want to take a vacation?

There are some benefits to it though. you can donate some of the vacations to various non -profit organizations and use them as tax write offs. You can also give away free vacations to help you network.

Hey,
I will network with you all you want and my bags are already packed. Where are you going to send me and for how long? It would really be great if you threw in a few free buffets, too.
Peace,
Richard

Richard,

Been away from the message board for a few days and just saw your post. ;D

I am still looking at many different programs and not sure if I’d like to offer that incentive or not yet. I don’t want it to seem as if I am buying my clients. I am doing pretty well on my own already but I always feel there is room for improvement!

If and when I do offer free vacations I would love to send you on as many vacations as you can send me to settlements!

I could use a trip too… :o ;D

Me too! I sure hope April is easier than March … I really need a vacation!

Travel incentives are tricky. Some companies sell them real cheap and they come accross cheap; some companies sell them high and you are only paying more for the “presentation” of the certificate.

The other thing to look at if you do cruises is the back end fees to the customer. Most companies will charge $400 and up to the customer for registering on a three night cruise and for “port fees.” Your customers can buy a cruise at that price.

Get up and Go has a good quality product they sell for about $30-$35 with a refundable $50 deposit on the hotel side but you can get a similar product from freevacationincentives.com for only $5 - and they have cruise certificates with lower back end fees.

Hope that helps.

Unique,

Thanks for all of the info. Have you ever used either co? What was your response like on each and how exactly did you use them?

Thanks!

in ca it is a respa violation to do this so you should check with a professional before you do so
