I am trying to form an LLC to buy a bank property and then assign the LLC to another investor to rehab. Does anyone have any experience in this and does anyone use legalzoom to set up the LLC? Thanks.

What it allows you to do is to assign bank property. Usually, banks will not allow you to assign property, but you can buy a property with an LLC and assign the LLC for a fee. IT will be the same owner that buys it but it allows wholesalers to assign. Can anyone give me some help?
