I just bought a fixer upper for $275,after putting in around 20K will be worth around $360.But with market being difficult,just in case if I cannot sell it I want to refi and take out some cash…Know any bank who would refi without waiting 6 months?Thx.
National City Mortgage will accept a loan application for an 80% LTV refinance 31 days after purchase based on appraisal not purchase price. They also have a 90% LTV with PMI if you have excellent credit, DTI ratio, etc. I don’t know their requirements for qualifying though.
