Why not start with http://www.Realtor.com there are allot of REO (Bank Owned) luxury homes, since the foreclosure rate can be quite high in some areas. These homes can be selling for a steel because the market has dropped for them in their area.

You can find wholesale luxury home almost anywhere, there just has to ba a motivated seller. Find a couple of FSBOs you can get the best deals off of those because you dont have to go through the realtor.
