Not sure if I can ask this as per forum rules, but simply seeking investors (any experience) who might have the answers to my questions?
I’m specifically looking for Portland, Oregon area folks, but any who can reply would be most helpful.
When you (the investor) are looking for buyer leads, what is the best way to pre-qualify them?
What do you (investor) prefer as property types, areas, LTV’s, etc on a deal?
I’m really just trying to find the risk tolerance level in my area and also find out what
types of properties are favorable to different people. Also, as the sub-prime mortgage market dries up, some of my clients would possibly make good tenant-buyers. :biggrin
