Hello everyone,

I live in Atlanta mostly investing in rental properties and rehabbing in I-285 perimeter.

I am also a general contractor, which saves me a lot of money.

Is anyone in Atlanta?

Hi,
In Atlanta just starting real estate investing. Very difficult finding deals here. Going into wholesales and rehabs for quick exits. Glad to hear of a contractor in the area.

Yes, I am a rehabber and a general contractor.

I usually buy prop. in Fulton and Gwinnett County

Fire and Water damaged properties are my favorite.

Hi B and B,

As a contractor, how willing are you to allow the homeowner to complete some projects him/herself. For instance, what if I am a skilled electrician and would like to complete all of my electrical work to cut costs (and because I am a perfectionist).

That’s fine w/ me., but you will still have to get the permit from county and have them come back and inspect it several times throughout the rehabb process.

Make sure to get the permit though before wiring the house
