I am ready to do this. I have read and read, and I even narrowed down how I want to start. To build capital I am going to wholesale properties to investors. I will expand as I get more experience, but for now that is it. I have found several properties, but I don’t know where to look to sell them off. what about the “we buy houses” people? Do I submit a contract in my name? ARGHHH
