Anyone here ever work with these guys?
I’m a little pi$$ed that I’ve been “working” with ocwen for the past month on a short where they were the second. Then just yesterday they inform me that they have sold the loan to SN Servicing Corporation. These folks do not look like a traditional lender/servicer. I get the feeling that they would rather gamble on getting money once the first takes the home to auction rather than take a surething(me) now.
Any thoughts or experiences.
