Anyone have a blueprint for setting up a REI business?

In 2014, I’d like to set up an actual business rather than operate things on my own.

Anyone have info on typical structure of a business?
How did you set up your business?

I’m looking for something along the lines of being

-bandit signs -private -active deals -processor
-direct mail -friends/fam -possible leads -realtors

Does anyone have a similar setup for their business?

Great job, I recommend creating an organizational chart of roles and functions, subdivided between marketing, operations, and administration. after you do that you can begin to group roles and functions into specific job positions, most of which you will do yourself until you can hire help.

Look at Asana.com. It is free and they have tutorials to help set it up. Projects, tasks, assigning of tasks to other partners, communication to partners, calendars, so much. Give it a look.
