Is there anyone from Southern California here making investments in or around this area? I am in San Diego and am having a hard time finding anything that works in this area. I am thinking about dipping into the Arizona market (Tucson or Phoenix) and am wondering if anyone around here is doing the same. 
I’m in Northern California (Bay Area). You will not find a good cash flow property in CA unless you got really lucky or you are a millionare. You can flip here, but must know where to get below market prices. I’m looking in Texas, North Carolina, and Idaho for cash flow properties and flip here.
I’m hearing that in Phoenix, and to a lesser degree Tucson, the prices are skyrocketing and that cashflow is getting tough there, too…
I gues I should have held the rental that I had there in the late '90s!
