i went to meet my uncle in toronto in july. he had 50 million worth of property all in toronto.
sadly he passed away 2 days before i reached there so i could get any secrets from him.

I’m so sorry to hear about your uncle. I’ve heard that Toronto is a PRIME place to own real estate…but there are so many other places in Canada too where RE prices are skyrocketing and a lot of people are making some pretty profits. Calgary (where I live) is certainly one of those places.
