I run ads for private money lenders on craigslist and I actually got a bite other than some foreign person trying to scam me.
A broker out of NV called me, he works for Evofi. He said that the lend up to 90% on some loans and can do any type of rehab loans. He called it private money and said that they have a pool of investors/lenders, although they charge 4 pts and 995 processing, so it might as well be hard money.
Their process seems simple, but that could be the broker just selling me.
Anyone familiar with them or have done business with them?
