I just put in an offer on a VA property today. I seem to remember at some point reading that there’s a 10 day period that they wait after receiving an offer. I’m also wondering, will they counter like a bank normally would?
This property was just listed earlier this week. My offer was low, but it’s cash and no contingencies.
Anyone have any experience with VA to give me some idea of what to expect.
