I sold a rental property last year that way. I think the auction idea is a good one and I’ve been developing it. I’ve been watching Ebay properties in my area for a while and notice that many times the property closes and then goes back up. I’m guessing the winning bidders are backing-out. I love the auction model and think it is a better way to buy & sell, especially for investors.
