I was going to get into a cashflow investment and do rentals and go towards section 8… how are the inspections by HUD and are they anal about everything while doing the inspection?

Mostly fire / life / safety issues! Lead based paint encapsulation, no asbestos or lead pipe connections, no over loaded circuits and GFI in appropriate places.
