any sample letters to mail to vacant house?

I m trying to locate the owner of a vacant house . the tax roll contains the sam address. and 411 does not have tele. ph #.

is there a sample letter I can mail out to see if it gets fowarded to the owner?

I just take my chance and mail to the address with my request for forwarding on the from of my post card or envelope I have had letters com back with the new address if the forward has expired andsend a new letter to that address
