Newbie Rehabber here in Northern NJ. Thinking of starting with a couple rehabs in Newark area. Thinking of starting with a couple lower end Basic rehabs, as defined in the book “Flip” by Villani and eventually working my way up to a bit higher end rehabs–Standard or Designer rehabs.
Has anyone had any experiences in the area?
Also, a more general question to everyone else… what level of rehabs do you guys work on? Thoughts of lower end vs more higher end? Is initially focusing on lower end rehabs the best way to start?
