Our VA looks up the phone number of the Estate Administrator/Executor using whitepages.com

What is probate marketing, i don’t have any idea about this.

Anthony - it’s marketing to the executor’s of the estates of people who have recently died. Can be a great source for deals, but as someone else mentioned, personal follow-up will improve your results.
