First, I’m new to the forum and love it. I have gained more information in reading postings for an hour that I have gotten so far doing research online for the last few weeks. Second, I am surveying the Virginia beach/Norfolk area to see if it is a viable place to start flipping. I have a been a property manager for my own properties for more than a decade and do most of my own repairs. Even though I am in the DC area I can’t afford to do flips around here plus I have resources in VA beach for lending and construction. I posted hoping that anybody familiar with the area would give me their 2 cents. Thanks in advance.
