Hi,

I know and heard of wholesaling, rehabbing, flipping, foreclosure, development, tax foreclosures, property auctions, short sale, and many other aspects of real estates.

I have a million dollar verified proof of funds that I can use and I figured RE was the best place to use it. Now the question is HOW and Where should I use it so I can make some cash soon. No, I cannot spend the money, I can only use it to show capability to take on the deal.

Any ideas or suggestions…? I am all ears as I am ready to start doing business next week.

How about passive income, where someone else does any real work, and you just deposit big checks? You don’t need a great credit score, tons of cash or years of experience. You don’t have to rehab anything, unstop a toilet at three a.m. :flush or get poison ivy cleaning up the yard.
