What are you looking to do since I consult and invest using title holding land trusts.??
You will need a comptent R/E attorney to setup a LLC or living trust or things of that nature but you will be hard pressed to find a attorney who is an expert in the application of land trusts. John Hyre on this board and of course bill bronchick, bill gatten, John Shea are the exceptions as they are experts on this subject, and some others I know of, and if you will find out that most attorneys
do not fully understand the benefits of using land trusts in investing and the nuances of land trusts in asset protection as well.
Our company uses attorneys that specializes in title holding trusts since that is really the focus of their legal work.
