Is there any service company that provide 30-60-90 day NOd lists in washington DC area?
If anyone uses anyservice, please tell me it and how are the lists?

Hi,

It is illegal under state and federal laws for a lender (Mortgage, Credit Card, Car Loan, Etc.) to disclose a creditor who misses one or more payments to the public, therefore there are no lists of someone who actually just missed there last mortgage payment.

The only time we know someone with a mortgage is under default is when a foreclosure is filed with a local court, this occurs after the borrower has missed a series of payments usually 3 (90 plus days) or more. (The foreclosure filing is public record)

Credit cards are normally charged off at 90 days and sold to a collector within 180 days, but the information can not be sold to the public.

An Automobile may be repossed after missing as little as one payment in some states, however the repossessor can not run around and tell the neighbors he’s going to repossess your car.

I’ve had credit vendors offer that kind of information in the past, but never looked into it. I believe it was CIS. You could google them and find out if they offer it.

As a Loan Broker I get access to Loans behind and I also purchase list of home loans behind in payments known as defaults I get every county in every state.
I use these lists to market to purchase from the owners.
As an Investor you need to Partner with a Loan Broker in your area to get the List of people 30 to 90 dasys behind, I think it is 0.60 cents per lead and you have to order at least 200 at a time, the Loan broker has to make money on the properties you buy and sell. …But I do have a lead for Default listing service, I pay $49.00 a month and I get unlimited leads updated each day I think there is at least 445,000 lead each month

I left you a Reply I minute ago about a Listing service but I checked and it said something about Washington DC being Federal area and that info is not available but the surrounding areas are.

I buy my pre-nod leads (or short sale leads). The price range for leads are .44-.84 each… You can get 30,60,90,120 days late on your mortgage and other specific criteria if you want it. Just give this company the specific zip codes you want your leads in and they will take care of you!
