I was thinking of auctioning my homes to move them quicker (as opposed to using a real estate agent or other method). Does anyone out there have any positive experiences with real estate auctions??? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

I’ve never sold a house through auction, but tried several times to buy that way. Every one sold well above market value.
