I am working on a deal to build and lease out a building to a government agency. does anyone have any advice? Has anyone had any experience in this area? Your thoughts and experiences would be appreciated
Make sure you or your lawyer read the lease very carefully. Most government leases have a lot of"wiggle" clauses (they can get out of the lease and not be liable to you at all).
