They are all expensive - if you had to start with one which one would you pick based on your experience?

I’ve been to all three and Anthony by far was the only one who provided every detail on how to buy apartment buildings with no money, private lenders, credit and experience. Scott and Dave only tell you as much as they have to and spend the rest of the time bringing in other speakers to sell you their stuff.
The problem with Ebay is a lot of the stuff you buy on there is fake/counterfeit and often is not complete. I got burned by buying several courses on ebay. A lot of things are left out of the courses on ebay because the person selling them keeps the bonuses.
