What do you guys think of this?
Sale price 50k
Needs about 6-8k max in work to be immaculate. Could flip quick with just a good once over.
Sale price after fix would be 80-85k
Not good for a rental but good for a quick flip to a homeowner.
Looks like a very solid flip based on the info given…

Yes I think it looks pretty good. I just liek to get opinions from the pros. I am probably not going to take it but will offer it on my site and take a small assignment fee. I am not quite ready to take it on yet I am wainting for a forever bank to do my refi… :
