I’ve been listening to Andy Heller a lot lately and he seems to have a very good plan for aquiring bank owned properties, then leasing them out with the option to buy. I’ve read the book he put out, but his course Buy Low, Rent Smart, Sell High seems to be regarded as a very solid educational tool. Apparently he and Scott had Trumps people put the set together(Whatever that means).
I’m wanting to know what you guys think about Andy and Scott and if anybody has bought their home study course. It goes for about 2k on their website which is absurd, but I’ve seen a set pop up from time to time on ebay for a fraction of that.
