A Private Investor is looking for bird dogs in every city in the state of Oregon to scout out properties, hang signs and do other miscellaneous work. In exchange we will mentor and teach them to be able to grow successfully in there work endeavors and they will be able to learn and become experts themselves in the very tasks they do for us under our mentorship, so that one day when they are ready they can do all those tasks on their own for their own business when they are ready to make the leap from bird dog to investor. You can put an ad in the craislist in your area to find a nice candidate for this type of work. :cool Just place it in the jobs section you will get some local guys that will be open for this work, especially in these days.
