Hello everyone. I have a question. How would you handle this scenario: You get interested buyers in same home at same time ( or separately) and they all tell you they want to buy this house. Who gets to buy it? The first one to get you your non-refundable deposit or what? Thanks, Christine
let them know you have a few guys interested as well and have a small bidding war and whoever has the higher bid wins… and hurry and get more houses just like that one for your other buyers so you can make money from everyone…
The first one that open escrow will be the lucky buyer. If you are assigning make sure you disclose everything to the buyer in writing.
