agreements to seller?

Hello

I am a newbie in CO. I have spent the last 2 days reading all the forum topics and advice-what a great group! Looking forward to participating as I learn more.

I am interested in understand what docs need to be provided to the seller-I have seen ILRG forms and such for CO, however wondering if there are any CO investors out there that would point me in the right direction of getting the right forms to present to an attorney for approval-so I can have some stuff ready when I line up a deal.

Thanks Keith, I talked to Robb today-what a great guy-nice to know there are people out there that are passionate about what they are doing-and making some good money doing it. I can’t wait to read his book!
